Event type discovery

Use the webhook event reference to discover public event types, schema availability, lifecycle category, and compatibility status.

Availability labels

Label	Meaning
`schema available`	The event has a published payload schema and can be used for payload-dependent integrations.
`schema pending`	The event is part of the public lifecycle surface, but payload-dependent integrations should wait for schema publication.
`planned`	The event is planned for the public surface but is not currently emitted.
