Use this event to trigger recovery workflows or analytics when a cart does not convert. Sent once per cart that holds at least one product, checked hourly once the cart has been idle for 24 hours. When the same buyer, recognised by their browser or by email, started several carts with your products, only the newest is reported, and none if they paid in it. Phone-offer carts and carts idle longer than 7 days are not reported.
